We are seeking a dynamic Instructional Designer to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to revamp existing learning materials and develop new, engaging content from the ground up. You'll be working in a hybrid environment, based in Chicago, and will utilize your instructional design expertise alongside project management skills to deliver impactful training solutions. What You'll Do: Content Revamp:
Analyze and rework existing learning content to enhance its effectiveness and engagement. Curriculum Development:
Design and develop new learning programs and materials from scratch, tailored to meet specific training needs. Project Management:
Manage instructional design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines. Collaboration:
Work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information and ensure content accuracy. Learning Evaluation:
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements as needed. What You'll Bring: 2+ years of experience in instructional design (open to 1+ years at an enterprise level company). Proven ability to design and develop engaging learning materials. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
