Content Summary: Senior Visual Designer, Brand Design at Conshohocken, for Artisan Talent Our client, a leader in luxury lighting and technology, is hiring a Mid-Level Graphic Designer to support their creative team. This hybrid opportunity requires three days on-site at their Conshohocken, PA office and will be 40 hours per week. You will take ownership of high-level design projects across digital, print, and experiential marketing initiatives, working closely with marketing stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and strategic execution. Report to the Creative Director, leading design initiatives from concept to execution Develop digital assets for web brochures, trade show displays, and 3D environmental builds, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and messaging Collaborate closely with a small creative team and marketing stakeholders to translate business goals into impactful design solutions Drive abstract and strategic design thinking, pushing back when necessary to maintain cohesive brand storytelling. Work on product launches across residential, luxury, and commercial verticals Execute across various deliverables and media, incorporating photography, illustration, typography, motion design, and 3D visualization 8+ years of experience as a Visual Designer, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in high-level conceptual thinking and execution ~ A Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent professional experience ~ Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) ~ A deep understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles ~ Experience working with 3D environmental designs and large-scale print assets ~ Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present creative solutions confidently Projected Start Date: ASAP Rate: 60 per hour
