About the

Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist (Google), you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Native ad networks (Taboola, Outbrain, Live Intent, etc.).

Your role will involve: • Driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through high-performing ad campaigns. • Optimizing campaign performance by analyzing key metrics and refining targeting, bids, and creative strategies. • A/B testing ad variations to continuously improve engagement, click-through rates (CTR), and return on ad spend (ROAS). • Collaborating with designers and copywriters to develop compelling ad creatives that convert. • Staying ahead of digital trends to test new strategies and maximize ROI.

This is a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote), offering flexibility while maintaining a collaborative team culture.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max) and Native ad campaigns. Optimize bids, budget allocations, and audience targeting to drive sales and maximize ROI. Develop a structured A/B testing strategy to improve performance across creatives and targeting. Conduct keyword research to enhance campaign targeting and efficiency. Troubleshoot performance issues and adjust strategies in real time. Analytics & Optimization:

Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) and proactively optimize campaigns. Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking to analyze customer behavior and improve ad targeting. Identify areas for landing page and funnel optimization to increase conversion rates. Collaboration & Innovation:

Work closely with designers and copywriters to develop engaging ad creatives. Stay updated on the latest Google Ads and native ad trends and implement best practices. Partner with ad network representatives to test new features and beta programs. Reporting & Insights:

Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance. Present data-driven insights and recommend strategic improvements to leadership. What You Bring (Qualifications & Skills)

3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns on Google Ads and Native ad networks. Deep knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and audience targeting. Experience managing $2,500+ daily ad budgets and optimizing for CPA/ROAS goals. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking setup. Strong analytical skills-comfortable interpreting data and making data-driven decisions. Experience with A/B testing for ads and landing pages. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey insights effectively. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Passion for digital marketing, performance advertising, and continuous learning. Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, but Not Required)

Experience running subscription-based marketing campaigns. Familiarity with direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing strategies. Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or CRO tools for landing page optimization. Google Ads Certifications (Google Ads Search, Display, or Analytics).
