We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Event Planner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of professional event planning experience with a focus on corporate clients. Destination Management Company (DMC) experience is highly preferred.
This role requires someone who is confident, detail-oriented, and an exceptional communicator. You will be responsible for managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors and venues, and ensuring flawless execution from concept to completion. The role also involves travel to client destinations approximately twice per quarter. Frequent Markets- Las Vegas, New Orleans, Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, meetings, and incentive programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring a seamless planning process.
- Collaborate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to develop customized event solutions.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Conduct site visits, oversee event setup and execution, and troubleshoot challenges in real time.
- Provide destination expertise and concierge-level service for corporate groups.
- Travel as needed to oversee and execute events onsite.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of professional event planning experience, preferably in corporate events.
- DMC experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with venues, caterers, AV providers, and transportation vendors.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
