POSITION SUMMARYThe Digital Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in the development, implementation and optimization of digital marketing strategies across owned/paid/earned channels for our entertainment brands, including, but not limited to print, email, digital display, website, social and SEO. This role combines analytical, creative, and technical skills to drive online engagement and business growth. Day to day, this position will work directly with our property teams, internal stakeholders, vendor partners and IT to achieve business objectives and performance outcomes.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES Support our Account Directors (Property Support Leaders) on all property initiatives.Partner with Marketing Communications & property teams to manage strategic content updates across all owned/paid/earned digital channels such as email, sms, mobile app and website (as applicable).Leverage approved content to build, test, and optimize digital channels while following industry standards and design best practices to support the execution and performance of specific campaigns or promotions. Work with Commerce, Ticketing, Marketing Communications & Property teams to manage tickets, passes, brand and offer content across all owned digital channels.Leverage data and segmentation to develop, configure, launch and monitor personalization and A/B testing across our property's digital channelsTroubleshoot issues with marketing technology and document steps to reproduce for IT and/or 3rd party support vendor.Train properties on use of new features/functions in our marketing technology stack (as applicable).Maintain analytics tracking in digital platforms, implement best practices, drive channel performance/edit analytics, tracking pixels as needed.EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION4-year undergraduate college degree in marketing, advertising, design, digital or communicationThree years experience with any email or marketing automation platform required with CRM experience strongly desiredExperience managing web site content using a variety of web CMS platforms (Umbraco preferred)Experience with responsive coding and optimization for both web and mobile devices, including robust understanding of HTML and CSSExperience successfully launching a marketing campaign for a product, service or experienceSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONSProficiency with Adobe Photoshop or other graphics program experience a plusProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for reporting and list preparationAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesAbility to work both independently and with a team
