Jackson Healthcare® is hiring a dynamic senior multimedia specialist . This position will be part of the Corporate Marketing team and will provide multimedia services support to Jackson Healthcare and its family of companies. The position will be based out of the organization’s headquarters in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Candidates applying for this role should be highly skilled in videography and photography — capturing compelling visuals, understanding and applying the nuances of visual storytelling, and keeping apprised of/applying the latest technological advancements in this space. They should have expertise in digital production genres with demonstrated experience in pre-production planning, filming, editing and producing both short- and long-form videos.
This role is hybrid and requires coming into the office weekly.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Produce a wide variety of multimedia assets to highlight our business and associates on internal platforms, as well as external web and social channels
- Work with project requesters and the creative, digital and communications teams to develop pre-production and post-production plans, including timelines, shot lists and storyboards
- Capture company culture through film and photography, ranging from employee interviews to corporate campus amenities and programs
- Film and photograph at the office/on campus, as well as on location
- Edit and facilitate post-production of both long- and short-form video to create final deliverables; including infusion of graphics, music tracks, closed-captioning and special effects
- Execute filming and photography at company celebrations, kickoff meetings, in-person and virtual town halls, and other events
- Develop short-form, informational, internal videos tied to department news, as well as annual and quarterly updates in support of our family of companies
- Film and produce videos and capture images in association with company’s awards programming and internal/external speaking engagements
- Take headshots
- Provide A/V support for internal events
- Organize, manage and maintain repository for image and video assets for easy retrieval and usage
- Set up and breakdown all production equipment, including cameras, microphones, lighting and props
- Care for and maintain recording equipment
Qualifications:
Candidates for this role will have:
- Degree in film/video production, broadcast journalism, electronic media, fine arts, photography, graphic design or related field
- 5+ years of experience in professional videography and photography working at a boutique firm, creative agency, in broadcast news and/or in corporate environments
- Strong portfolio of work samples required
- Passion and deep experience in film/video and photo content creation, from inception through final production of deliverables
- Exceptional technical skills – mastery of camera equipment, lighting, filming and post-production techniques
- Computer literacy with proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly but not limited to Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom
- Experience with digital animation a plus; working knowledge of different motion graphics or animation tools/platforms a plus
- Audio/sound engineering a plus
- Podcast production experience a plus
- Experience with drone video/photography and being a licensed pilot a plus
- Ability to independently conduct video interviews with associates, executives and subject matter experts a plus
- Artistic vision with a keen eye for composition and detail
