Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to assist in developing marketing proposals, promotional materials, and content strategies. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to enhance brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate marketing proposals tailored to client needs.
• Create and edit promotional materials for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain consistent branding across platforms.
• Assist in graphic design, layout creation, and digital content production.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.
• Contribute to the company’s overall marketing and business development strategies.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or technical writing.
• Must have experience with proposals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, or Construction) marketing is a plus.
• Bonus: Experience in video editing or content creation.
