Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to help expand our client base. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background, experience in digital marketing, and a deep understanding of B2B sales—especially in LED display solutions. As a contractor, you’ll enjoy flexible working hours, unlimited earning potential, and the ability to work remotely. This position is 100% commission-based, offering high incentives per sale.
Key Responsibilities Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for LED display solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, businesses, and distributors.
- Present and promote LED walls to potential clients, demonstrating product value.
- Negotiate deals and close sales while meeting sales targets.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement online and offline marketing strategies.
- Manage social media, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Conduct market research to analyze competitors, trends, and target audiences.
- Create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital ads.
- Optimize SEO and run paid advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in LED displays or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media marketing is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to drive results.
- Comfortable working on a commission-based structure.
- Existing industry contacts or a network is a big advantage.
- Bilingual is a plus.
