Base pay range $68.00/hr - $75.00/hr Responsibilities Senior UX Researcher will facilitate, direct and solicit feedback during design reviews Develop data collection efforts and oversee data analysis and synthesis using industry standard techniques Design and implement research studies, including developing methodologies and data collection instruments Lead, plan and execute field visits to shadow users in ethnographic states Develop, prepare and deliver research reports, presentations, and other research deliverables As a Senior UX Researcher, you will analyze research findings across products and provide actionable insights to stakeholders; Maintain and advocate for research repository Strategize and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into decision-making processes Lead and plan workshops using established workshop frameworks Mentor researchers and provide guidance on research best practices; Actively contribute to team culture and research ops Stay abreast of emerging trends and methodologies in the field of research Requirements Extensive knowledge of usability and user experience research tools and techniques (i.e. field research, heuristic reviews, benchmarking, etc.) Experience creating user personas and journey maps to support a user centered design methodology Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills Ability to articulate strategic research objectives to stakeholders, IT partners and members of design team Related experience in another field such as human factors, interactive design, information architecture, and/or market research is a plus Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
