The Brand Marketing Manager will be at the heart of daily marketing efforts, helping drive growth and expand reach across different therapeutic areas. This role calls for a proactive, results-oriented marketer who can collaborate across teams to make sure the brand meets the needs of both healthcare providers and patients. From shaping strategic initiatives to analyzing market trends and communicating the brand’s value, this position is all about making an impact.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work with sales, medical affairs, regulatory, and commercial teams to align marketing efforts.
- Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
- Assist in creating sales tools, promotional content, and educational resources.
- Support relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and represent the brand at industry events.
- Help track marketing budgets and optimize resource allocation for maximum impact.
- Ensure sales teams have the necessary tools and materials to drive performance.
- Monitor key metrics, report on brand health, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Work closely with internal teams and the commercial group to drive success.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years in brand management or marketing, ideally in pharma, biotech, or medical devices but other industry background will also be considered
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
- Project Ownership: Strong initiative in managing projects from start to finish.
- Market Analysis: Skilled in analyzing trends and performance data to optimize strategies.
- Strategic & Tactical Execution: Ability to balance long-term planning with day-to-day marketing tasks.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills for crafting brand messaging and presentations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Comfortable working with key opinion leaders and external partners.
