Job Summary:
The Director of Brand Marketing will lead the brand strategy and marketing initiatives for Michael Aram managing the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and driving growth across all channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to oversee a team, collaborate cross-functionally, and align marketing efforts with the overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with business goals, ensuring consistency across all platforms and channels.
Campaign Development : Oversee the creation, development, and execution of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Market Research : Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform brand positioning and messaging.
Team Leadership : Lead and manage a team of brand marketers, providing direction, mentorship, and performance feedback.
Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, and other departments to ensure brand alignment across all aspects of the business.
Budget Management : Develop and manage the brand marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
Brand Consistency : Ensure that the brand message, tone, and visual identity are consistent across all touchpoints, including digital, print, social media, and in-store.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Public Relations : Oversee public relations efforts, including press releases, media relationships, and crisis communications, to enhance brand reputation.
Consumer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, customers, and partners to drive brand loyalty and advocacy.
Qualification s:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Expertise in brand strategy development and execution.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
- Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to optimize strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to bring new ideas to life.
- Experience managing budgets and resources efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a specific industry (e.g., consumer goods, technology, fashion).
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Work Environment:
- Full-time on site at our West Palm Beach corporate office
