Job Title: Marketing Analyst Key Responsibilities: Analyze marketing performance data across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing. Monitor key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Create detailed reports and dashboards that provide insights into campaign performance, trends, and areas of opportunity. Assist in market research efforts, including competitor analysis, customer segmentation, and identifying industry trends. Develop and maintain marketing models that predict customer behavior and assess marketing spend ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and track KPIs and objectives for marketing campaigns. Support the optimization of marketing strategies and tactics by providing actionable insights based on data analysis. Assist in the creation of marketing forecasts, budgets, and resource allocation. Provide recommendations for improving campaign strategies and increasing customer acquisition and retention. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field. 2-4 years in marketing analysis or a related role. Strong proficiency with data analysis tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, etc.). Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing channels. Knowledge of SQL or similar data manipulation languages is a plus. Ability to interpret complex data and present it in a clear and concise manner. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with A/B testing, marketing attribution models, and other measurement techniques is a plus.
