$6,806.00 - $9,154.00 Monthly The Opportunity: This position is the agency wireless coordinator/administrator for DCYF. As such, this position is responsible for the oversight of approved mobile devices and management of devices using the mobile device management software (MDM) to ensure security configuration, troubleshooting, setup, activation, suspension, sanitization and disposal for 4500+ wireless devices within DCYF. This position supports the telephony voice systems for the agency, including but not limited to desk phones, cell phones, voicemail systems, and call center systems. Some of what you will get to do: Responsible for the purchasing and oversight of approved mobile devices. Setup and troubleshoot issues for mobile devices. Serve as the primary point of contact for the distribution and setup of mobile devices. Install, configure, activate, and update hardware, software, and peripheral equipment for telecommunication systems. Review, diagnose, troubleshoot, research, and resolve customer IT reported incidents, service requests, and access requests. Provide IT telecommunications guidance and consultation. Perform end-user training and support of desk phones and mobile devices. Plan, coordinate, and schedule work with staff and vendors. Required Qualifications: Six years of consultative, administrative, or supervisory experience in information technology analysis, system maintenance, or troubleshooting/problem resolution experience, or analyzing, designing, or programming computer systems applications or databases. OR Associate degree and 4 years of consultative, administrative, or supervisory experience in information technology analysis, system maintenance, or troubleshooting/problem resolution experience, or analyzing, designing, or programming. OR A bachelor’s degree and 2 years of consultative, administrative, or supervisory experience in information technology analysis, system maintenance, or troubleshooting/problem resolution experience, or analyzing, designing, or programming computer systems applications or databases. Desirable/Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in an agile environment. Knowledge of DCYF public disclosure, adoption, and discovery policy and processes. Experience in Mobile Device Management. Experience in Disaster Recovery Planning and Implementation. Experience in Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office productivity software.
