• Meet and exceed studio revenue goals through strategic sales efforts.
• Convert prospective clients into members through engaging demo workouts.
• Build relationships with local businesses to drive community engagement and generate leads.

• Become certified in the studio’s fitness technology (no prior certification required) to step in and coach when needed.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the studio’s training staff.
• Hire and train new coaches, ensuring they meet the highest standards.

• Oversee day-to-day studio operations, ensuring efficiency and top-tier service.
• Manage staff scheduling and handle member inquiries.
• Implement corporate promotions and studio-wide initiatives.
• Monitor staff performance and create improvement plans as needed.
• Manage social media channels to enhance brand awareness and community engagement.

• Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
• Previous management experience with strong leadership skills
• Proven ability to sell and exceed revenue goals
• A hands-on, lead-by-example manager who motivates and inspires their team
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail
• Energetic, personable, and highly motivated
• Personal training or fitness certification is a plus (but not required)
