We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator to join our team and help elevate our brand presence across social platforms. If you're passionate about storytelling, trends, and creating engaging content, we want you to be part of our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
  • Create and schedule compelling content that resonates with our target audience (including text, images, videos, and graphics).
  • Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance, providing regular reports on engagement, growth, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date on social media trends, tools, and best practices, implementing new strategies to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments (marketing, design, content) to ensure content aligns with broader business goals and brand messaging.
  • Assist with the creation of paid social media campaigns, including ad copy and targeting.
  • Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent posting and timely responses.
  • Track competitor social media activity and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Assist with influencer partnerships and collaborations to boost brand visibility and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or in progress).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
  • Creative and visually driven, with experience in creating content (photos, videos, graphics).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to think strategically to drive engagement and results.
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns is a plus.
