Position: Senior Interior Designer

Responsibilities:
- Assess client and project needs, evaluate and document design direction, and create inspiring spaces that enhance user experience.
- Play a key role in small to medium-sized projects, contributing creative and technical expertise.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop cohesive design solutions.
- Conduct design research, develop space planning concepts, and prepare plans, renderings, and material selections.
- Maintain and organize the interior design resource library, order samples, and prepare finish boards.
- Assist with finish and color selection, interior spatial design, and document coordination from schematic design through construction documentation.
- Compile construction documents, including material specifications, furniture specifications, millwork details, and interior finishes.
- Coordinate drawings with other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- NCIDQ certification preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional interior design experience.
- Previous experience in commercial, hospitality, institutional, or corporate design within an architectural or design firm is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
