Position Overview:

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining the visual identity of our company and the premium Italian brands we represent. Your designs will be instrumental in engaging both B2B and B2C audiences, ensuring that our brand messaging is consistent, impactful, and visually compelling across various mediums. From social media graphics to packaging design, ad campaigns, and motion graphics, your work will help elevate our brands and expand our market presence.


You will report to the Director of Marketing and collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align design strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-quality designs for digital, print, and video content, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Create engaging social media graphics, digital ads, web assets, presentations, and promotional materials that resonate with our target audience.
  • Develop packaging designs, point-of-sale materials, and product labels to enhance brand visibility in retail and foodservice sectors.
  • Design and produce motion graphics and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal initiatives.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to lead the creation of paid advertising campaigns for both digital and print, ensuring effective design strategies for conversion and engagement.
  • Lead the design development for high-impact, multi-platform marketing campaigns, ensuring creative consistency and effectiveness across digital, print, and social media channels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine and implement advanced design strategies for trade shows, events, and corporate branding efforts.
  • Maintain and update the brand style guide, ensuring cohesive branding across all platforms and marketing materials.
  • Develop and implement a structured approach for maintaining design asset libraries, ensuring all assets are organized and easily accessible for future use.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and branding.

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across digital, print, and motion design.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and familiarity with motion graphics platforms such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
  • Preferred Skills: Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Strong time management, organization, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the food and beverage industry or CPG branding is preferred but not required.

  • Ability to conceptualize and execute multi-platform marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and its role in engaging customers.
  • Experience designing for social media, paid ads, packaging, and website assets.
  • Knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing strategies, ensuring designs appeal to distinct audiences.
  • Proficiency in motion graphics and video editing to enhance digital marketing efforts.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset, using data-driven insights to improve design performance.
