Title: Senior Manager, Paid Media

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager, Paid Media to lead and optimize our client's social, search, and programmatic advertising strategies. This role is responsible for designing and executing data-driven campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion, while improving ROI across multiple advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, hands-on expertise in paid media, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional efforts and align advertising performance with broader marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive paid media campaigns across social media, search (e.g., Google Ads), and programmatic advertising channels to meet business goals.
- Oversee the development of ad creatives, audience targeting, bid strategies, and campaign optimizations to maximize performance and budget efficiencies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to ensure continuous improvement and goal achievement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with advertising platforms, agencies, and partners to stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, analytics, and product teams to align paid media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Manage and mentor a team of junior and mid-level paid media specialists, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with advertising policies and brand standards across all campaigns.
- Prepare and manage the paid media budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to drive optimal results.
Key Qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of experience managing high-performing paid media campaigns across social, search, and programmatic platforms.
- Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360, and other DSPs, as well as campaign tracking and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Ability to conceptualize and execute campaigns that align with business objectives and grow brand presence in target markets.
- Strong understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the ability to derive actionable insights from performance data.
