Overview

The Media Technology Manager stays up to date with the latest advertising technologies and brings forward solutions to the media team. You will be accountable for the accurate execution of digital campaigns in addition to identifying optimization opportunities. The Manager will also manage Analysts/Sr. Analysts on client projects and career growth opportunities across scoped accounts. You will report to the Associate Director, Media Technology. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. Responsibilities

Lead a team of Analysts and Sr. Analysts Create/troubleshoot macros in Excel Input thoughts on campaign setup (naming, tagging) Escalation point for any internal technology questions/issues/POV Manage offshore trafficking/Analyst teams of Technology Activation Specialists and ensure the best service delivery Establish/refine processes and training parameters to ensure performance by executional teams Coordinate with analytics teams to ensure data (from varied sources) can be easily fed into outsourced tools and systems Understand, identify, and partner with data/technology solution providers to guide more efficient reporting for teams/clients Ensure teams are following best practices Audit and evaluate technology solutions being used and identify opportunities to improve Manage advanced technologies within campaigns Articulate all levels of technology to a variety of roles (from peers to managers) with different perspectives Provide relevant details and timeline information for "top line"/executive summary level status/problems on projects Provide feedback and guidance to team Ensure all daily activities are running smoothly Build different types of business relationships (clients, senior level, peers)

Qualifications

4+ years' experience in ad ops Experience managing people and projects Experience with ad serving and verification technology Solid foundation of site conversion tagging and implementation Established experience in ad technology platforms - Google (CM360, DV360, SA360), DoubleVerify, IAS, Innovid, Prisma

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
