Reach out to new prospects and convert them into clients. Take great care of the client from beginning to end with every interaction. Add value by getting to know the client, understanding their needs and goals, and solving their problems with our insurance products. Work in a team environment to meet daily production goals and complete tasks with assigned due dates. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Be a self-starter and maintain a high level of activity with little supervision. Look for other sales opportunities and set appointments for self or teammates. Requirements: 2-3 years of B2B sales experience. Must be able to contact and reach new clients through phone, email, text, or in person. Competitive, self-starter with little supervision. Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening. People-oriented with strong organizational skills. Detail-oriented. Must fully understand State Farm's current systems and processes. Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty license. Must be able to obtain Life and Health license.
