About Us Haka is a reputable professional services company specializing in serving federal government and military clients. Responsibilities: Provide C2PC maps overlays and required mapping and imagery products within one (1) week prior to commencement of OPT. Shall be proficient in GIS tools such as ArcGIS, Command and Control Personal Computer (C2PC), and Falcon View/Portable Flight Planning Software (PFPS) to provide planning products used to make decisions, including: maps, charts, overlays, and organization charts. The estimated occurrence is 2-3 times per month. Collaborates with Department of Defense and Department of Transportation mapping and imagery collection services to data mine sources, compile geographic data, and review maps. Updated data and maps shall be downloaded and delivered to the NECCPAC N5 Directorate via email, Share Drive, or SharePoint. The estimated occurrence is 2-3 times per month. Reviews, download, and catalog TRANSCOM J2 updates to lines of communication, consisting of: bridges, highways, culverts, ports, piers, airfields, landing pads, bypasses, and alternate routes for Sea Port of Debarkations (SPODs) and Aerial Port of Debarkations (APODs). Files shall be downloaded and cataloged to the NECCPAC N5 Share Drive or SharePoint site. The estimated occurrence is daily. Creates, deliver, and, upon approval by the Government, utilize planning products in digital or hard copy format to facilitate Operational Planning Team (OPTs) exercises, Rehearsal of Concept (ROC) Drills, War Fighter Seminars (WFSs), and other military exercises. Consolidates available site survey data for locations designated by N5 personnel into standardized formats using provided websites, databases, and other sources on both NIPR and SIPR. Contractor provided outputs shall include analysis of the airport, seaport and general conditions of the location. Develops site assessments for designated locations in the Pacific theater using standardized formats based on OPLAN/CONPLAN requirements. The site assessment shall build directly upon the completed site survey products from PWS section 3.3.2.1. Site assessments further determine the feasibility of a location to meet anticipated OPLAN/CONPLAN requirements by identifying gaps in capability or capacity. Store and organize digital and hard copy documents to support NECCPAC deliberate planning. Documents shall be labeled and stored respective to their classification level, Derivative Classification Guidance, and appropriate Security Classification Guidance. Provides administrative assistant services in support of N5 departmental SIPR Knowledge Management requirements which includes content management, storage efficiency, document protection, and the access and retrieval of planning products to include, at a minimum: consolidated site survey information, site assessments, Navy Expeditionary Force task assessments, Concepts of Operations (CONOPs), War Fighter Seminar Briefs, mapping, imagery, overlays, technical and doctrinal references, and other plans-related material. These products shall be uploaded and maintained on the NECCPAC N5 SIPR portal and shared drive, weekly. Reviews Expeditionary Domain Awareness (EDA), the Reachback Engineer Data Integration (REDi) portal, and other related Higher-and Adjacent headquarters portal pages for updated planning documents weekly. The Contractor shall update NECCPAC planning documents and provide a summary of actions taken, a list of discrepancies, a list of new documents posted, and a summary of each new document posted to NECCPAC and 24 subordinate units via email, by the 5th working day after the fiscal quarter ends (i.e., January, April, July and October) for review by the N5. Collects site surveys, studies, infrastructure documents, and planning documents from NECCPAC and 24 subordinate units. The Contractor shall compile the collected products and shall upload updated products onto Expeditionary Domain Awareness (EDA), the REDi portal and other related Higher-and Adjacent- headquarters portal pages and repositories, as required. Conducts annual inventory updates of an estimated 80 digital and hard copy technical and doctrinal references. Inventories classified information stored in the NECCPAC N5 Directorate safe; inventories shall occur weekly. Performs routine electronic backups of digital files stored on the NECCPAC N5 Directorate share systems and stand-alone computer. Provides planning and briefing support to the NECCPAC N5 Directorate by coordinating with various suppliers and event participants, as detailed below. Events typically include OPTs, ROC Drills, and WFSs. Coordinates map and imagery printing, plotting, and lamination services via DoD provided peripheral systems, DoD support services such as Defense Logistics Agency Document Services, or N5 approved printing services. Provides audio/visual and computer support to the NECCPAC N5 Directorate for planning events, including: SIPR and NIPR. This includes but is not limited to: ensuring workstations are updated, functional, have the proper software, and are ready for use by guest planners, as well as distributing media for the event (DVDs, CDs, etc). Prepares and handles classified information in accordance with DoDM 5200.01. This includes mailing, courier support, and packaging of NECCPAC visual imagery documents. Receives mail designated for delivery to NECCPAC and distribute to the addressees within the organization. The estimated occurrence is daily. The contractor shall maintain the Accountable Mail Log Book PS Form 3877 when processing Certified, Registered, and delivery confirmation forms, through the NAVFAC PAC mail room and the Pearl Harbor Mail processing center. The contractor shall submit a PowerPoint brief and a Microsoft Word report to the N5 present completed site assessments for review during regularly planned N5 departmental meetings.
