Cabinet Sales & Designer
to join their showroom team. This
Monday-Friday
role (occasional Saturday mornings) offers
commission on sales
and
relocation assistance
for the right candidate.
Job Summary The
Cabinet Sales & Designer
will work directly with
homeowners, contractors, and builders
in a
high-end showroom , helping bring cabinetry visions to life. This role is perfect for someone with
design expertise, sales skills, and a love for the outdoors -Montana/Wyoming offers incredible
fishing, hiking, biking, and camping
opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Engagement: Consult with clients, contractors, and builders on cabinetry needs. Provide expert recommendations on styles, finishes, and materials. Guide customers through selections and purchases for a seamless experience. Maintain strong relationships with contractors and repeat customers. Design & Product Knowledge:
Use
20/20 Design software (or similar)
to create kitchen, bath, and custom cabinetry designs. Ensure designs meet customer specifications, functionality, and aesthetics. Stay current on cabinetry trends, materials, and industry innovations. Project Coordination & Showroom Maintenance:
Oversee project timelines and communicate with clients and installers. Maintain showroom displays for an inviting and professional environment. Work collaboratively with the team to drive sales and enhance customer experience. Qualifications
3+ years
of experience in
Cabinet Sales & Design
(showroom experience preferred). Proficiency in
20/20 Design software
(or similar CAD software). Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills. Sales-driven mindset with a passion for bringing clients’ visions to life. Knowledge of cabinetry materials, construction, and installation. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. Benefits & Perks
