Our client, a global entertainment leader, is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Coordinator. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days onsite per week in Santa Monica, CA.

Expert knowledge (and continued learning) of social media platforms including Instagram, Reddit, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn. Connected to pop culture trends and new viral phenomena; quick thinking and adaptability are a plus to be able to react to viral trends in a timely manner. Great time management is a must; individual must take ownership of their schedule and use time wisely to accomplish tasks. Self-starter and resourceful; requires minimal handholding from management once they’ve acclimated to the brand culture and guidelines/voice. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proactive attitude and ability to anticipate needs based on past asks and campaigns. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. BA/4-year degree preferred What You Will Be Doing
Supports digital marketing and social media campaign strategies, including content suggestions based on business-relevant pop culture and key marketing draft dates, social calendar maintenance, and manages against department KPI’s. Scrubs through key social media platforms daily to spot opportunities to engage with clients and leads, artists, and music-related brands. Performs daily community management across key company socials to improve the quality of our followers and help establish our stance as leaders in the production music space. Analyzes recent music licensing reports to choose marketing-friendly client syncs to promote across our social channels, website, and marketing emails. Updates a monthly calendar of important industry events across our main verticals for the team to draft for marketing campaigns (e.g. big sporting events and games, awards, conferences). Research projects in support of other marketing strategies, as designated by management.
