LHH is currently recruiting for a highly experienced Senior Account Manager for a permanent opportunity with our client in the Indianapolis, IN area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an advertising agency, with a strong preference for B2B experience. This role requires a well-rounded marketing professional who is adept at managing client relationships, developing strategic marketing plans, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve exceptional results. This is a hybrid role at our client’s office in the Indianapolis area.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Act as the lead point of contact for all client matters.
• Develop and present strategic marketing plans tailored to client needs.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure the flawless execution of projects.
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of marketing materials.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor junior account managers and other team members.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an advertising agency.
• Proven B2B marketing experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams is a plus.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Indianapolis.
