About Blueprint
At Blueprint, we're on a mission to empower therapists with world-class tools so they can focus on what matters most—delivering exceptional mental health care.
Our AI assistant is purpose-built for therapists, automating the administrative tasks that slow them down and enabling them to operate at the top of their license. With Blueprint, therapists aren't just managing their work; they're supported by tools that understand the context of each client interaction. Compared to legacy software tools, Blueprint feels more like having the world's best executive assistant at your side.
Today, over 20,000 therapists use Blueprint to enhance care for hundreds of thousands of clients. We've found strong product-market fit and are scaling rapidly to meet demand.
Our organization is very flat, and our team is intentionally small and talent-dense. We like people who are truthseekers, creative, and passionate about improving mental health care.
We're a remote-first company (U.S. and Canada only, for now) and come together in person a few times a year to connect, have fun, and help shape the future of mental health care.

The Role

We're looking for an SEO Optimization Specialist (2-5 years experience) to help us increase organic traffic, optimize content for search, and improve conversion rates from our educational materials.
You won't be writing the content—we already have great writers. Your job is to make sure that everything we publish ranks well, attracts the right audience, and leads therapists toward trying Blueprint.
If you love SEO data, technical optimizations, and continuously improving content performance, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

SEO & Site Optimization

  1. Implement SEO best practices across Blueprint's content, website, and landing pages
  2. Optimize meta tags, headers, site structure, and internal linking to improve rankings and search visibility
  3. Conduct technical SEO audits to find and fix issues related to indexing, mobile performance, Core Web Vitals, and structured data
  4. Work with developers to ensure site speed, mobile-friendliness, and technical health align with SEO best practices

SEO Analytics & Performance Tracking

  1. Track and report on organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, and content engagement metrics
  2. Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or other tools to monitor SEO performance and uncover new opportunities
  3. Measure conversion rates from organic content to product sign-ups, identifying ways to improve user journeys
  4. Regularly analyze click-through rates (CTR), bounce rates, and engagement metrics to refine content strategies

Content & Conversion Optimization

  1. Optimize existing blog posts, educational guides, and landing pages to improve rankings and conversion rates
  2. Conduct keyword research to identify gaps and new opportunities for content strategy
  3. Help structure calls-to-action (CTAs) and page layouts to better drive product sign-ups from organic content
  4. Implement A/B testing on key pages to improve engagement and conversion rates

Competitive & Industry Analysis

  1. Monitor competitor SEO strategies and find opportunities where Blueprint can outperform
  2. Stay up-to-date with Google algorithm updates and SEO trends to keep Blueprint ahead of the curve
  3. Identify emerging topics and search trends that align with Blueprint's content strategy

Requirements

  1. 2-5 years of experience in SEO, with a focus on technical SEO, analytics, and content optimization
  2. Experience optimizing content-heavy sites—especially those that drive conversions
  3. Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools
  4. Ability to track and report on organic traffic growth, keyword performance, and conversion impact
  5. Familiarity with on-page SEO, technical SEO, and structured data implementation
  6. A data-driven mindset—you care about rankings, but also about how SEO leads to real business results
  7. Strong collaboration skills—you'll work closely with writers, designers, and developers to implement SEO best practices
  8. Startup mentality—scrappy, proactive, and able to adapt in a fast-moving environment

Benefits

  1. Competitive salary and equity
  2. 100% remote - no office, no commuting
  3. Health, dental, and vision insurance, with 75% of your premium covered by Blueprint
  4. Semi-annual team gatherings (in Chicago!)
  5. Unlimited PTO
  6. Opportunities to grow with the company and shape our product
  7. Hardworking, mission-driven, friendly coworkers
