Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Design Manager to support our leadership team with high-impact visual communications and graphic needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can work independently and collaborate closely with senior executives to communicate key messages effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing visually engaging presentations and a strong understanding of brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop High-Impact Communications and Presentations: Create visually compelling materials that clearly communicate key messages and strategic initiatives to senior leadership, the organization, executives, and board members.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with departments such as Enterprise Delivery Program Management, Tech Strategy, and Emerging Tech to communicate strategic initiatives.
- Executive Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership to understand their communication needs, gather relevant information, and tailor presentations accordingly.
- Compelling Storytelling: Develop engaging narratives that captivate the audience and emphasize key points within presentations.
- Data Visualization: Utilize charts, graphs, and infographics to present complex data in an easily understandable format.
- Presentation Delivery Support: Assist in presentation delivery by providing rehearsal support, talking notes, and visual aids.
- Content Review and Refinement: Proofread and edit content for accuracy, consistency, and clarity, incorporating feedback to make necessary revisions.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all communication materials adhere to company branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Design Thinking: Utilize design thinking principles to turn complex information into clear, visually engaging leadership presentations by addressing communication challenges and offering innovative, user-centered solutions. Create wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes to visualize and test concepts before final production.
- Communications and Presentation Design Experience: Proven experience in designing presentations for senior leadership within a corporate environment.
- Visual Design Expertise: Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy to create visually appealing presentations.
- Data Visualization Skills: Ability to translate complex data into clear, impactful visuals.
- Communication and Collaboration: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous focus on ensuring accuracy, consistency, and grammatical correctness in all communication materials.
- Adaptability: Capacity to quickly adjust communications and presentations based on feedback and evolving needs.
Desired Experience
- Presentation and Communication Tools: Experience with common communication tools such as Microsoft 365, Adobe Suite, and video editing software.
- Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Experience working with senior-level cross-functional teams to gather information and develop presentations.
- Industry Knowledge: Awareness of retail industry trends, terminology, and metrics.
- Research and Data Analysis: Expertise in compiling data and segmenting it for analysis and concise storytelling.
- Copywriting: Expertise in crafting clear and persuasive copy to support communication assets.
Requires knowledge of:

Sunnyvale, California US-11349: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00. Bentonville, Arkansas US-09001: The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Minimum Qualifications

- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 4 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.
- Option 2: 6 years’ experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.

- Design certification (for example, IDEOU - Foundations in Design Thinking Certificate), Driving product development in a user experience area, Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Interactive and Visual Design, Product Design, or related area, Related industry experience (for example, retail, supply chain, eCommerce, healthcare), UI/UX, Interactive and Visual Design, Electronics Art, Multimedia Design, or related area, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
