POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Coordinator, Brand & Advertising, will support brand, advertising, and private label marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and strengthen our market presence. This role will assist in the development and execution of advertising campaigns, private label brand strategies, and retail marketing efforts to ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience across all channels.

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, creative, and organized marketing professional to gain hands-on experience in brand marketing, advertising, private label brand development, and retail promotions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand & Advertising Campaign Execution

  • Assist in the development and execution of brand marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy
  • Support the planning and coordination of advertising campaigns across digital, print, TV, radio, and in-store
  • Work with creative teams to develop marketing assets, including ad copy, visuals, and promotional materials
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and media partners to ensure timely campaign execution

2. Private Label Brand Marketing

  • Support the development and execution of private label brand marketing strategies, ensuring differentiation and alignment with customer needs
  • Assist in creating marketing materials and in-store signage to promote private label products
  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, and Store Operations to ensure private label brand consistency and visibility
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to optimize private label brand positioning and messaging
  • Assist in launching new private label products, developing go-to-market strategies, and tracking performance

3. Retail Marketing & Promotions

  • Assist in the development of seasonal and promotional marketing campaigns to support retail objectives
  • Support the execution of in-store marketing initiatives, including signage, displays, and brand activations
  • Work closely with merchandising and store teams to ensure marketing materials are effectively implemented at retail locations
  • Help maintain the retail marketing calendar to align campaigns with key sales periods

4. Brand Consistency & Messaging

  • Ensure all marketing materials maintain brand consistency, adhering to brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Assist in proofreading and reviewing marketing content to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand messaging
  • Support internal teams by providing brand assets and marketing collateral as needed

5.Campaign Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and effectiveness
  • Assist in compiling reports and insights to optimize future brand, advertising, and private label efforts
  • Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer insights to help refine marketing strategies

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams, including Creative, Digital Marketing, Private Label, Merchandising, and Store Operations, to align brand messaging across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to support campaign execution and media placements
  • Assist in planning and executing brand activations, sponsorships, and events
  • Partner with store operations teams to ensure a seamless execution of in-store marketing programs
  • Work closely with Creative, Brand, Digital Experience, and Merchandising teams to develop digital content and in-store signage

7. Data-Driven Marketing & Performance Optimization

  • Analyze marketing analytics, sales data, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies and measure success
  • Establish and report on key KPIs, including brand awareness, private label penetration, and in-store engagement metrics
  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve performance and effectiveness
  • Lead the development of annual marketing plans and provide direct visibility to senior leadership

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • 1-3 years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, private label marketing, or retail marketing
  • Familiarity with advertising channels, including digital, print, OOH, and broadcast media
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, private label marketing, and consumer engagement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Experience working with creative teams, agencies, or retail partners is a plus
