Role Overview

The Creator Partnership Manager will work closely with the Director of Creator Partnerships to identify, prospect and onboard new creators to Fanfix. They will be responsible for managing their own prospecting pipeline–progressing from initial top-of-funnel outreach to eventual launch on the platform. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, data-driven and adept at managing the fast-paced challenges of onboarding creators and managing high-profile relationships.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Prospect creators and also leverage talent/agency networks to aid in that effort.
  • In collaboration with our dedicated Success team, help manage relationships with creators and maintain consistent communication with those that you’ve onboarded.
  • Directly propose and negotiate contractual agreements with creators. You will be responsible for determining deliverables, counter-offers and necessary considerations.
  • Consult creators on proven best practices and ensure they are positioned to optimize their success on the platform.
  • Spearhead various team initiatives including new creator networks, regions and growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of sales experience and proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Extremely organized and able to maintain a comprehensive eye on every stage of your onboarding pipeline.
  • Well versed in the social media ecosystem, creator economy and an understanding of the business considerations that full-time content creators face.
  • A sharp eye for emerging trends, Gen-Z popular culture and ways to turn those insights into actionable initiatives to drive revenue and/or brand awareness.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle timelines, personalities and any other variables.
Compensation:
  • $80-90K annual plus commission
