We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Online Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in implementing online marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Advertising:
Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other online advertising platforms.
Monitor ad performance, budgets, and keyword strategies to maximize ROI.
Email Marketing:
Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and A/B testing.
Track email campaign performance and analyze results to refine strategies.
Website Management:
Assist in the maintenance and updates of the company website, ensuring content is current and engaging.
Collaborate with the web development team to implement SEO best practices.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand presence and engagement.
Create and schedule content across social platforms and engage with the online community.
Content Creation:
Assist in content creation efforts, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos.
Collaborate with content creators and copywriters to ensure content aligns with marketing objectives.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze online marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
Prepare regular reports, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
Competitor Research:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
