brand’s marketing strategy, drive growth, and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the brand’s vision and business objectives. Oversee brand positioning, storytelling, and messaging to maintain consistency across all channels. Lead marketing initiatives, including social media, influencer partnerships, PR, and experiential marketing. Collaborate with the product and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and product storytelling. Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies through data-driven marketing efforts. Responsible for photoshoots, leading production to develop seasonal lifestyle campaigns and e-commerce photoshoots. Manage and optimize the brand’s e-commerce presence to maximize sales and conversion rates. Identify and cultivate relationships with key media, influencers, and brand ambassadors. Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions. Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications & Experience
7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successful brand growth and customer engagement. Expertise in social media, e-commerce, and paid advertising. Strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and market trends. Exceptional storytelling and brand positioning skills. Experience with influencer marketing, PR, and strategic partnerships. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred. This position is onsite, 5 days a week. Salary: 180k+ DOE Seniority level
