As the Vice President of Field Marketing, you will design and implement a comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategy that aligns national initiatives with localized campaigns, driving engagement and maximizing market impact. You will collaborate closely with sales and product teams to ensure seamless coordination, enhancing lead generation, boosting conversion rates, and driving revenue growth. You will lead event-driven marketing efforts, including sponsorships, community engagement programs, and educational initiatives, to strengthen brand presence and deepen customer relationships. As a key strategic partner to the executive leadership team, you will provide valuable data insights and recommendations to help refine national marketing strategies and fuel the company's growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Expertise in AI-powered marketing technologies, including predictive analytics, automated lead scoring, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and geo-targeting tools. Over 10 years of experience in field or regional marketing leadership roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful localized campaigns that drive measurable business results. Strong leadership abilities with a demonstrated history of managing and scaling high-performing teams in fast-moving environments. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (MBA preferred, but not mandatory for candidates with equivalent experience). Preferred certifications: Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP), Professional Certified Marketer (PCM), Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ), HubSpot Content Marketing Certification, Certified Marketing Executive (CME), Project Management Professional (PMP). Experience in a scaling startup environment. Location:
