Bring your outstanding eCommerce and marketing expertise and help build the growth in the US! Core Responsibilities Contribute to the development and execution of the US omnichannel retail strategy, performance objectives, and execution plans to meet the LEGO Group’s audience-first and consumer sales ambitions. Construct, socialize, and implement annual digital marketing / promotional plans for one of our largest global customers. Be a driver of innovation and digital capabilities to meet shoppers where they are; stay up-to-date on relevant developing and future trends to find opportunities and gain traction with key business partners. Liaison with a number of internal and external partners (i.e., Sales, Brand Marketing, Marketing Planning, retail media and agency partners). Use data and key insights across platforms to inform decision-making and campaign optimizations. Collaborate with Analytics to conduct promotional analyses to understand lift and return on investment from activities. Support key customer planning and negotiation activities (i.e., Joint Business Planning, Customer Selling-In). Manage digital marketing budget for one of our largest eCommerce players. Play your part in our team succeeding The eCommerce Retail Marketing Manager position is part of the US Marketing team. This role is tasked with developing and implementing the eCommerce marketing strategy in partnership with cross-functional internal and external teams, while managing a budget to foster growth for one of our largest global customers. It is essential for achieving commercial success! To be successful, the eCommerce Marketing Manager is required to build strong internal & external relationships within the US Sales and Trade Marketing teams and with other internal teams (e.g., Brand Marketing, Finance), and external agencies. The role requires strong data and insights orientation, as well as an innovative approach in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. Do you have what it takes? Proven experience in marketing, analytics, eCommerce or related field. Deep working knowledge of large eCommerce sites and digital marketing tools and methodologies, including understanding of market dynamics and key interdependencies. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, internal/external, to solve complex problems and deliver results. Excellent leadership abilities with a talent for prioritizing tasks, delegating responsibilities, and implementing effectively in a high-performance setting. Highly meticulous, possessing strong organizational and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred or equivalent work experience. $100,900 - $151,300 USD
based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. This position will initially be based at 10 St. James Ave. in Boston, before moving to a new office location at 1001 Boylston St by mid-2025. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
