Foresight Diagnostics is headquartered in Boulder, Colorado. About The Role The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead the first clinical market launch of our CLARITY MRD test in lymphoma. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Senior Product Marketing Manager will drive oncologist awareness and adoption of the CLARITY MRD test by developing and executing compelling strategic marketing programs. This position will work cross-functionally to educate the clinical community and establish CLARITY as the leading MRD testing solution in DLBCL lymphoma. What You Will Do Strategic Marketing and Commercial Performance Develop and execute the comprehensive marketing strategy to establish Foresight CLARITY as the leading MRD testing solution in lymphoma, leveraging recent NCCN guideline inclusion of ctDNA-MRD.
Conduct market research to optimize messaging strategy and serve as voice of customer for product development and improvement initiatives.
Own end-to-end customer experience, partnering with laboratory, market access, and medical affairs teams to ensure seamless messaging and user experience from test ordering through results reporting and customer service.
Set and track KPIs for HCP awareness, engagement, and adoption; optimize programs based on market trends and competitive analysis.
Develop messaging platform and value proposition with medical affairs and lab operations, ensuring all claims are data-driven and compliant.
Provide regular performance updates to leadership on business objectives and program effectiveness, including test utilization and revenue metrics.
HCP Education and Engagement
Create and execute integrated HCP education strategy across scientific conferences, website, webinars, and print materials.
Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the lymphoma community.
Drive development of scientific content and clinical messaging in partnership with Medical Affairs.
Design and implement digital marketing and advertising campaigns to maximize HCP engagement.
Marketing Operations and Sales Enablement Direct development and production of marketing materials aligned with corporate brand and regulatory requirements.
Lead agency relationships, including creative brief development, budget management, and oversight of asset creation.
Create sales training curriculum and tools to drive field team effectiveness Manage marketing budget and program costs across all initiatives.
Collaborate with Market Access team on reimbursement support materials.
Partner with Biopharma marketing to support messaging for clinical trial use and CDx development with Foresight CLARITY among pharmaceutical partners.
Ensure compliance of all materials through Regulatory Affairs and Legal review processes.
What You Will Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) in relevant field preferred.
7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 4 years focused on HCP marketing in diagnostics, oncology, or related life sciences industry; or with an MBA, at least 4 years of marketing experience with at least 2 years focused on HCP marketing in diagnostics, oncology, or related life sciences industry.
Direct experience in lymphoma preferred.
Exceptional writing skills, with demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific concepts into compelling clinical marketing narratives.
Strong project management skills with proven experience managing multiple initiatives independently.
Experience developing and executing successful HCP marketing campaigns.
Demonstrated proficiency in market analysis and performance metrics to inform and optimize marketing strategies.
Experience in creative direction and design oversight for clinical marketing materials.
Strong presentation skills with proven ability to engage effectively with both external clinicians and internal senior leadership.
Familiarity with FDA regulations and promotional compliance requirements.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
Demonstrated success in agency management, including creative brief development and evaluation.
Experience building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders.
Travel Requirements: 25-30% travel required for scientific conferences, advisory boards, and internal on-site meetings at our Boulder, CO, headquarters Compensation and Benefits This role is hiring at an annual salary of $140,000 - $172,500 and is eligible for equity offerings.
