Madison Mortgage Services Inc. in Lake Success, NY is seeking a talented IN-HOUSE Videographer to join our innovative team. This role will be ON SITE in our Long Island office supporting a high producing team of Loan Officers who run daily content including videos and podcasts. Responsibilities:

1. Collaborating with team leader to produce captivating mortgage specific content across a broad range of creative projects and campaigns
2. Develop entertaining and engaging content that drives metrics for all client services teams
3. Produce design solutions with high visual impact
4. Take walk-thru videos and understand the correct lighting for each room
5. Create quick-cut videos, edit and post
6. Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and perform repairs to audio and video equipment
7. Come up with creative and unique video content ideas for social media platforms - YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
8. Meeting deadlines - sometimes short notice and quick changes

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in photography and video creation and video editing
2. Knowledge of production equipment including cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment
3. Sound editorial judgment
4. Professional audio and video editing and post-production experience
5. Stellar social media skills
6. Drone certification is a huge plus
7. Mortgage or real estate videography experience is a plus

Compensation:

$60,000 yearly
