ALEXIS is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented Social Media & Content Manager to lead and execute our digital content strategy in a high-pressure, fast-paced fashion environment.

You will be responsible for shaping the brand’s digital presence, overseeing multi-channel content strategies, and managing high-stakes projects with urgency and precision.
This position is critical in ensuring seamless alignment between creative content, brand identity, and business objectives, requiring proactive leadership and adaptability to meet evolving industry trends and brand initiatives.

Reports to: Director of Marketing & E-commerce and the Founders
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative and successful digital content strategies across social media platforms to drive engagement and brand visibility.
- Manage content calendars and ensure flawless execution across all digital channels.
- Capture and oversee real-time, behind-the-scenes content from photoshoots, office settings, and events to enhance storytelling.
- Strategize and launch high-impact brand activations, influencer partnerships, and digital campaigns with precision and efficiency.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, leveraging insights to optimize performance in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
E-Commerce Photoshoots & Campaigns
- Lead and execute high-intensity e-commerce and campaign photoshoots from concept to completion in a fast-paced setting.
- Develop creative concepts, present them to founders, and ensure seamless execution under tight deadlines.
- Scout and secure top-tier talent, locations, flights, lodging, and negotiate contracts with speed and efficiency.
- Organize and style collections in collaboration with creative directors, ensuring brand integrity on set.
- Oversee budget management with meticulous accuracy, negotiating rates, tracking expenses, and managing payments.
- Manage all logistics, including styling accessories, prop coordination, and on-site execution (travel may be required).
Website & Editorial Content
- Write and curate highly engaging editorial content that strengthens the brand’s storytelling and positioning.
- Develop style edits and product descriptions optimized for conversion, ensuring an elevated e-commerce experience.
Public Relations & Brand Development
- Lead high-pressure PR initiatives, including press outreach, influencer gifting, and sample coordination.
- Utilize social content to amplify press coverage, maximizing brand exposure across luxury fashion networks.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all content, reinforcing luxury positioning and exclusivity.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Analyze social media performance metrics in real-time, optimizing strategies to drive audience growth and engagement.
- Conduct deep audience research to enhance targeting, engagement, and overall content effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align digital marketing efforts with revenue-driving initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4+ years of experience in social media and content management within the fashion or luxury industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects under extreme deadlines in an organized manner.
- Expertise in social media platforms, content trends, and performance analytics.
- Strong budget management and vendor negotiation skills, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for brand aesthetics and luxury positioning.
- Ability to problem-solve under pressure and work cross-functionally in a high-speed, high-demand environment.
