About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for bringing the brand to life across all digital assets (email campaigns, site assets, paid media) and ensuring the designs communicate our brand message effectively. The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative and have experience working in a similar in-house brand in the fashion/retail space.

1. Ability to execute ideas from concept to final creative
2. Design and execute all digital assets – emails, site assets, paid media
3. Offer smart and thoughtful creative solutions to a brief or project
4. Collaborate well with other designers, marketing team, copywriters, and digital team to ensure design consistency across all media
5. Successfully multi-task and work on multiple projects at a time
6. Prepare and optimize graphics for various platforms
7. Maintain positive work environment with high creative standards

You’ll bring to the role

1. At least 2 years of experience at similar brand in fashion/retail space
2. Strong typography skills a must
3. Extremely organized with a keen eye for details
4. Collaborative attitude and open to feedback
5. In-depth knowledge of digital design and its application across platforms
6. Ability to clearly articulate and present creative ideas
7. Self-starter with the ability to follow through on projects independently
8. Ability to reprioritize projects based on business needs
9. Experience working in-house for a similar brand
10. Comfortable in a volume and fast-paced environment
11. Proven ability to manage relationships and drive process in a team environment
12. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
13. Expert knowledge of Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite, knowledge of Figma

The target salary range for this role is: $65,000 - $70,000

This position works in a hybrid model, with three days per week in the New York, NY location and two days per week remotely.
