Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our team in Boca Raton and take charge of managing and growing our social media presence. This is a dynamic and exciting opportunity to leverage social media and content creation to engage with our audience and build our brand in the legal field.

The Social Media Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of the firm’s social media accounts and campaigns, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and website. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled individual with at least 3-5 years of relevant social media marketing experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent writing abilities, strong knowledge of social media best practices, and an understanding of the legal industry to create engaging, informative content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance the firm’s online presence and engagement across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and website.
  • Create and schedule regular posts, including articles, announcements, legal news updates, and other content to engage with our audience.
  • Write clear, concise, and compelling blogs and website announcements related to legislation, legal trends, and firm news.
  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement, reach, and follower growth.
  • Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments, and engage with followers to build a strong online community.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, social media algorithms, and changes in legal regulations that may affect content or outreach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that social media efforts align with the overall branding, messaging, and goals of the firm.
  • Assist with creating social media ads, campaigns, and promotions to support business development efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of social media marketing experience, ideally in the legal or professional services industry.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and creating high-quality content (e.g., blog posts, announcements).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an ability to adapt tone and style to the legal industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and tools to measure campaign success.
  • Creative and innovative thinking to develop engaging campaigns and content.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
  • Knowledge of current legal trends and an interest in the legal field is a plus.
