We specialize in high-quality, non-alcoholic alternatives such as sparkling rosés, spirits, mixers, RTDs, bitters and more. With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we're looking for a driven and dynamic Marketing & PR Manager to help grow our business.
Job Summary
The Marketing & PR Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing, public relations, and brand strategies to drive growth, engagement, and sales. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can pivot quickly as market trends change.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy & Awareness: Develop and implement marketing plans that align with our business goals, increasing brand recognition and customer engagement.
- Public Relations & Media Outreach: Build and maintain relationships with media, industry influencers, and key stakeholders. Craft compelling press releases and manage media inquiries.
- Content Creation & Social Media: Oversee the creation of marketing content across multiple platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and digital ads.
- Retail & Event Marketing: Support in-store activations, tastings, and promotional events. Develop marketing materials to enhance in-store presence.
- Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand brand reach and visibility.
- Crisis Management & Reputation: Monitor public perception of the company and handle crisis communication when necessary.
- Market Analysis & Adaptability: Stay ahead of industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure continued business growth.
- Performance Tracking & ROI Analysis: Analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing, PR, or brand management, preferably in the beverage, CPG, or hospitality industry.
- Flexibility & Adaptability: Ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment and adjust to shifting market demands.
- Strategic Thinker: Strong ability to develop and execute innovative marketing and PR strategies.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Digital & Social Media Expertise: Proven experience managing social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and content marketing.
- Event Management Experience: Background in planning and executing promotional events is a plus.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Passion for the Beverage Industry: An understanding of consumer behavior and market trends in the non-alcoholic and premium beverage space is preferred.
