US Talent Acquisition Specialist | Driving Success with Team_Mukul

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Optimize 5G and LTE network performance using KPI monitoring tools like xLPT for Verizon.
  2. Conduct network audits for term-points, CBAND layer addition, and baseline parameter optimizations.
  3. Execute worst cell analysis, drive test post-processing, and benchmarking for RF optimization.
  4. Improve throughput, accessibility, and retainability KPIs through parameter tuning and audits.
  5. Conduct root cause analysis for VoLTE accessibility, mobility, and retainability issues.
  6. Work with Ericsson, Nokia, and Samsung vendors to resolve PIM issues, parameter inconsistencies, and optimize network nodes.

Network Planning & Deployment

  1. Lead network SWAPs (Huawei to Ericsson, Nokia to Ericsson, Nokia to Samsung).
  2. Perform capacity planning and traffic balancing strategies using SON features.
  3. Execute cluster-based optimization for new site integrations.
  4. Oversee new site launches, sector additions, and carrier deployments across multiple bands (L700, L2500, L1900).
  5. Develop KPI monitoring dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel for market, cluster, and region-level tracking.
  6. Automate RF optimization tasks using Python to streamline daily operations.
  7. Work on AWS S3-based KPI solutions to improve report execution times.
  8. Optimize API calls for power users to retrieve network KPIs efficiently.

Special Event Optimization & Customer Issue Resolution

  1. Develop and manage SPED (Special Events Dashboard) for real-time KPI monitoring during events like the Super Bowl LVIII.
  2. Handle VIP customer complaints, providing network optimization solutions and post-resolution benchmarking.
  3. Conduct drive test log analysis and recommend improvements for coverage and quality issues.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  1. Expert in RF Optimization & Planning for 5G, LTE, and VoLTE networks.
  2. Extensive experience in network swaps, traffic balancing, SON features, and network tuning.
  3. Experience in S3 cloud storage, API optimizations, and network reporting solutions.
