Our client, a well-known retail apparel company, is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join their team for a remote 4-month contract. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of UX/UI design experience with 3+ years working on design systems within retail or e-commerce.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead UX/UI design for 2-3 projects at a time, focusing on usability and customer experience.
2. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
3. Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to develop solutions.
4. Advocate for user testing and research to improve designs.
5. Facilitate workshops and design sprints to align teams and solve problems.
6. Provide feedback to designers and developers to ensure a high-quality final product.

Requirements:

1. 7-9 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
2. 3+ years working with and managing design systems (Figma & code).
3. Expertise in both visual and interaction design.
4. Strong ability to provide and receive design feedback.
5. Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
6. Bonus: Experience in retail, e-commerce, loyalty programs, or rewards systems.
