Overview:
This is a remote, full-time (40 hours/week) contract opportunity from March 17th to June 6th. Core daytime CST/EST availability is required for team meetings and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage brand maintenance activities, including packaging updates, marketing/advertising materials, and project implementation.
  2. Collaborate with sales teams to achieve brand/business objectives across various customer segments, leading marketing and promotion planning and execution.
  3. Spearhead and participate in customer planning meetings, presentations, trade shows, and training sessions.
  4. Lead social media execution and budget management.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of relevant marketing experience.
  2. Strong analytical, project management, time management, collaboration, and communication skills.
  3. Proven ability to work effectively in a matrix organization, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of decisions, and maintain a high degree of accountability.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  1. Prior experience in a similar industry.
  2. Experience with retail customer marketing and brand marketing.
  3. Experience within a related business segment.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $34.38 to $38.20 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
