Location: Tampa, FLJob Type: W2 hourly 6-month contract-to-hireCompensation Range: $30-35/hrThe Instructional Designer will perform basic needs analysis, develop content and recommend the best training modality to deliver that training. This position will work under the guidance of Manager, Training Technologies. As the Instructional Designer, you will organize course content to produce a curriculum that meets basic learning needs of the business.This is a 6-month contract and requires you to be onsite 5x per week. Responsibilities:Develop and manage to timelines and milestones established.Collaborate with internal business partners to validate that curriculum solutions align to business priorities and strategy for operational effectiveness.Acquire and applies basic knowledge of the business, its products and processes to create training materials that solution business needs.Assist in managing content libraries with edits, modifications and updates as needed.Perform other related duties as required and assigned.Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values.Qualifications:1+ years of relevant work experience.Project management knowledge and experience.Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word.Familiar with authoring training tools.Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred.
