Responsibilities of an Event & Marketing Representative: Engage in all team meetings, round tables, and training sessions while being supportive of management's needs Be the connection between the customer, client, and our Customer Service and Sales Representative team at in-person retail events Must feel comfortable in a face-to-face and high-volume customer environment. This position does not include cold calling or digital sales Responsible for using their best sales skills to open and close accounts Make a lasting impact on customers and make sure they leave the interaction with a positive experience Explaining the advantages and functions of products, method of preparation, and how to use them to achieve the best results
