Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Communication Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 9 years of experience in marketing communication management within well-established consumer packaged goods companies. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and growth. In this role, you'll need to be well-versed and comfortable with various marketing channels, skilled in developing programs that not only resonate with consumers but also make a mark in our culture. The ideal candidate thinks big, executes effectively, and balances creativity with data-driven insights. Deep expertise in campaign management, agency collaboration, social media, content marketing, and e-commerce are crucial for success. Additionally, the ability to inspire cross-functional teams and align them with plans and strategies is a key skill within our organization. The Marketing Communication Manager will report directly to the Marketing Director on the team and initially oversee one direct report. Bilingual Korean is required for this position. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives and drive market penetration. Lead cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, traditional advertising, and experiential marketing. Assist in the formulation of Nasoya and Pulmuone brands' digital ecosystem strategy, covering the website, email marketing, and third-party e-commerce. Provide ongoing analysis and recommendations for optimization against channel objectives. Ensure marketing activations begin with consumer insights and are designed to drive desired behavior change and action, with ongoing optimization by audience and channel. Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results. Understand Nielsen or IRI POS data, be able to pull and interpret the data, and use the data to support each campaign or promotion we run. Collaborate with the PR and social media agency to develop and implement the PR and social media strategy, meet set KPIs, and lead key initiatives together. Manage brand budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors. Effectively communicate complex ideas, anticipate potential challenges, and influence others. Manage a marketing specialist, guiding through the career development process. Assist in designing and leading various consumer research projects (both qualitative and quantitative), sharing results with cross-functional team members. Assist in developing the annual marketing budget and managing annual budgets across all areas of activation and agency fees. Assist in managing all agency relationships, including prioritization of agency resources, SOW development, and agency evaluations. Assist in developing a company-wide tradeshow booth concept, messaging, etc. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred. 8 to 9 years of experience in marketing communication management within well-established consumer packaged goods companies, with a proven track record of success. Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and brand positioning strategies. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis market research, and performance metrics. Strong work ethic, have a positive and can-do attitude, be dependable, and self-motivated. Ability to be resourceful and flexible is a must.
