We have an immediate need for a Marketing Manager who will oversee various duties related to MarCom, PR, event planning, and RFQs/ RFPs. Candidates with prior experience working in real estate or architecture will receive first priority. Is your background a match? * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, or related field * 7+ years of marketing/communications experience * Prior experience working in real estate, construction, or architecture is highly preferred * Proficient in the entire Adobe Creative Cloud Suite and Microsoft Office Suite * Prior experience with social media management (Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram) * Proficient with WordPress for website management * Knowledge using DAM and CRM systems (we use Open Asset) * Strong project/program management skills What will you be doing? * Oversee daily marketing tasks, project schedules and deadlines effectively * Serve as a key point of contact for marketing-related inquiries and initiatives * Manage responses to RFQs / RFPs /SOQs and oversee the design and layout of proposals; track proposal deadlines * Develop and maintain marketing collateral, project sheets, photography, and all other digital assets * Assemble and update marketing materials and brochures * Coordinate and develop content for social media and website updates * Assist in the creation and execution of articles, press releases, and blog posts; support PR initiatives and schedules * Assist with client and internal company events Interested in hearing more?
