Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Designer of Apparel Graphics to work for a retail client in Beaverton, OR. This person must be an exceptional storyteller with proven design excellence, curiosity, problem-solving tenacity, and a passion for making those around them better. This role requires a dedicated leader and teammate who knows how to collaborate and translate sophisticated insights into authentic narratives while driving design solutions that elevate the future of Streetwear.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Design or Graphic Design
2. Passion and understanding of current and emerging design trends and visual culture.
3. A well-curated portfolio showcasing a variety of projects that demonstrate a strong, effective methodology for research, inspiration, design development, problem-solving, process, and final execution.
4. High degree of proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
5. Expertise in translating insights into authentic narratives and visual storytelling.
6. Ability to adapt to change and handle multiple, competing priorities.
7. Strong visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present design intent to internal and external audiences.
8. Expertise in graphic applications, prints, processes, and tools.
9. A deep understanding of typography, color theory, brand identity, and design principles.
10. Passion for streetwear and street-style culture.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

1. Digital design acumen in Adobe CC and competency in 3D design tools.
