Your Role:

• Craft intuitive, beautiful UI/UX designs across Nimbus Healthcare’s digital platforms, including patient engagement tools, health-tech apps, and EHR systems.
• Design and develop detailed user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to optimize complex healthcare interactions, improving both patient outcomes and provider efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, healthcare providers, and marketing teams in our innovative, newly designed Nimbus HQ to ensure designs are seamlessly aligned with clinical, business, and technical needs.
• Lead user research initiatives, usability testing, and iterative A/B testing, turning data insights into actionable design improvements.
• Develop and manage a scalable, comprehensive design system to maintain consistency and elevate our brand experience across all digital products.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously learning and implementing emerging UX/UI best practices, technologies, and tools.

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years of proven UI/UX design experience (health tech or SaaS preferred).
• A strong portfolio showcasing innovative web and mobile UI/UX design solutions, particularly in healthcare or SaaS platforms.
• Solid experience in designing customer flows, user journeys, and understanding unique UX challenges in healthcare.
• EHR and provider workflow experience highly desirable.
• Proficiency in design tools including Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch, with the ability to communicate effectively with front-end developers.
• Strong knowledge of responsive and accessible design standards.
• Demonstrated experience conducting impactful user research, usability studies, and implementing data-driven improvements.
• Enthusiasm for working collaboratively on-site in a dynamic, startup environment in Austin, TX.
