ABOUT THE ROLE

Filson is looking for a Senior Digital Designer to lead development of creative assets across various marketing and brand initiatives. This person will work collaboratively and independently within the Creative Production team, driving design solutions across a variety of mediums including advertising, e-comm, in-store and more. They will ensure that the brand's voice is consistently reflected while maintaining the highest quality output across all touch points.

This position is ideal for someone who has a deep knowledge of best-in-class design principles, is intentional with design approach and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with key marketing and cross-functional partners to ensure designs align with campaign objectives outlined in the creative briefs Work with the Director of Creative Operations to manage design project calendars, prioritizing requests and timelines. Lead design execution for campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, email, social, in-store collateral, OOH and more. Present and communicate design concepts clearly and effectively through visual storytelling. Understand the brand's voice and audience, developing visuals that align with brand strategy and messaging. Identify new opportunities and drive improvements for advertising across paid, social, email, and landing pages. Work with the CCO and key stakeholders to document and evolve the Brand Book/Guidelines. Serve as a brand steward, ensuring consistent application of brand guidelines across all channels. Mentor and manage a digital designer, fostering their growth and development. Perform other duties as needed. QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of management experience and 7+ years of design and creative services experience. Proven track record of creating best-in-class brand design. Strong understanding of design systems and a branded portfolio architecture. Experience in leading creative from ideation through full execution across multiple channels In-depth knowledge of all steps required in the creative process. Ability to effectively communicate with creative and cross functional stakeholders A willingness to mentor junior team members and teach others. A collaborative mindset, but also confident in defending your creative vision and strategic POV. Experience in a studio or creative agency environment, with a strong portfolio of design work. Strong proficiency in:

Figma Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro) MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proactive and detail-oriented, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and creative execution. A can-do, solutions-oriented attitude!

Salary range:

$92,000-$100,000 USD
