MANAGER NOTES:
We are seeking a creative and Senior designer:
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on digital products.
- Proficiency in visual design and the ability to create aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
- Experience participating in and facilitating user research initiatives using User zoom or similar tools.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define product requirements and create user-centered design solutions.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
- Participate in and facilitate user research initiatives, working closely with our UX Researchers to ensure user needs and pain points are identified, documented, and translated into design solutions.
- Create visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces that align with our brand and accessibility guidelines, leveraging your understanding of human psychology and design principles.
- Participate in usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design iterations to optimize user experiences.
- Maintain design consistency and ensure seamless interaction between all touchpoints within the customer journey.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate best practices into the design process.
- Share best practices and foster a culture of design excellence through participation in design critique and pair design.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on digital products.
- Proficiency in visual design and the ability to create aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
- Experience participating in and facilitating user research initiatives using User zoom or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex user needs into intuitive design solutions.
- Familiarity with design best practices, including accessibility standards and responsive design principles.
- Ability to influence partners and build relationships.
- Ability to self-direct in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with design systems and frameworks.
- Proficiency with Figma including auto layout.
- Experience in health insurance, healthcare, insurance, or financial services is a plus.
