Senior Presentation Designer (w/Animation, Video Editing & AI Imagery Skills)

Our leading agency client is seeking a highly skilled Presentation Designer to create visually compelling, engaging, and dynamic presentations on a part time basis (part time potentially 10-30 hrs/wk). The ideal candidate is an expert in design, animation, video editing, and AI-generated imagery, capable of crafting impactful visuals that enhance storytelling. This role requires a deep understanding of branding, motion graphics, and AI-driven design tools to bring concepts to life for internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-end presentations using PowerPoint, Keynote, and Google Slides, ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence.
• Incorporate animation, motion graphics, and interactive elements to enhance engagement.
• Edit and integrate video content seamlessly into presentations using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Utilize AI imagery prompting (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion) to generate custom visuals that align with presentation themes.
• Develop custom graphics, icons, infographics, and data visualizations to communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to transform ideas into visually compelling narratives.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, AI-driven creativity, and emerging presentation technologies.
• Ensure accessibility and usability across different formats (desktop, mobile, and large-scale displays).

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in presentation design, motion graphics, and video editing.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Expertise in animation and motion graphics (Adobe After Effects, Lottie, or similar tools).
• Strong skills in video editing and multimedia integration.
• Experience with AI imagery prompting tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion) to create unique visuals.
• Strong typography, layout, and branding skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge and experience of HubSpot CRM and email design capabilities a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with interactive presentations or tools like Figma, Canva, or Prezi.
• Background in UX/UI design for presentations or digital experiences.
• Experience working with executive-level stakeholders to create high-impact presentations.
• Bonus if you have experience with New Biz presentations for Health, Tech, Finance, Auto, Commercial, etc.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60 to $70 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
